Coaching 1: 2 hour session with outlined TPP that includes goals and recommendations along with resources and target dates.  There is also a 30 min follow up session that will take place in 60 days.

Coaching 2: 2 hour session with outline plan that includes goals and recommendations along with resources and target dates.  This package includes 3- 30 minute follow up sessions in 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days.
